HOTEL RESERVATIONS
Make reservations as early as possible, but please don’t reserve more rooms than you actually anticipate using. This makes it difficult for other attendees to secure rooms and may result in penalties to the associations. All reservations are based on availability and must be made by each hotel cut-off date in order to get the group room rate at the headquarters hotels.
ROOM BLOCKS
Reserving blocks of six rooms or more in the ICPI or NCMA headquarters hotel requires approval by the respective association. Please submit requests directly to CSI, ICPI or NCMA for consideration.
DEPOSITS
Each room reservation requires a deposit of one night’s room and tax. Failure to check in on the scheduled date of arrival will result in the loss of the room for the remainder of the stay. Please check with your hotel for any additional requirements or penalties.
SPECIAL ICON EXPO RATES
Be sure to identify yourself with NCMA, ICPI, CSI, or Icon Expo when making room reservations to get the secured rates. Rooms are being held for Icon Expo attendees at the properties shown in this section.
